Pursuant to Article IV.4.a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 71st meeting of the House of Representatives, held on 21st December, 2005, and on the 52nd meeting of the House of Peoples, held on 22nd December, 2005, adopted

LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Article 1

In the Law on Public Procurement for Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette BiH”, no. 49/04, 19/05 and 52/05) in Article 48, paragraph (3) the wording: “12 months” is included instead the wording “nine months”.

Article 2

In Article 49, paragraph (3) the wording: “12 months” is included instead the wording “nine months”.

Article 3

In Article 54, paragraphs (1) and (2) the wording: “12 months” is included instead the wording “nine months”.

Article 4

This Law shall enter into force on the 8th day after being published in the “Official Gazette of BiH”.
