(Published in «Official Gazette BiH» no. 19/05, on 5th April.2005) Pursuant to Article IV.4.a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 52nd meeting of the House of Representatives, held on 18th February, 2005, and on the 38th meeting of the House of Peoples, held on 22nd February, 2005, adopted LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT Article 1 In the Law on Public Procurement for Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette BiH”, no. 49/04) in Article 48, paragraph (3) the wording: “six months” is included instead the wording “three months”. Article 2 In Article 49, paragraph (3) the wording: “six months” is included instead the wording “three months”. Article 3 In Article 54, paragraphs (1) and (2) the wording: “six months” is included instead the wording “three months”. Article 4 This Law shall enter into force on the 8th day after being published in the “Official Gazette of BiH”.
