Pursuant to Article IV.4.a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 59th meeting of the House of Representatives, held on 29th June, 2005, and on the 45th meeting of the House of Peoples, held on 28th July, 2005, adopted

LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Article 1

In the Law on Public Procurement for Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette BiH”, no. 49/04 and 19/05) in Article 48, paragraph (3) the wording: “nine months” is included instead the wording “six months”.

Article 2

In Article 49, paragraph (3) the wording: “nine months” is included instead the wording “six months”.

Article 3

In Article 54, paragraphs (1) and (2) the wording: “nine months” is included instead the wording “six months”.

Article 4

This Law shall enter into force on the 8th day after being published in the “Official Gazette of BiH”.
